Breakfast Shake
With health & wellness booming this time of year, one of the main questions I receive from individuals is, “What breakfast do you recommend for weightloss?” Now, while I prefer to think of breakfast as a meal for overall wellness rather than specifically weightloss, I always ingest this shake each morning to kickstart my metabolism and promote a healthy system. Below I have listed the ingredients to my morning shakes, as well as the benefits of some of the ingredients that I would love to highlight. There are plenty of ingredients that I enjoy adding in as well, but based on what I currently have in my cabinet, this is what I am currently doing. Things like ginger could also be added as well.
