Rotation:
Decrease ROM = Increase Risk of Injury.
*Strength in familiarity

Anti-Rotation:
Decrease in Stability = Increase Risk of Injury.
Resistance to breakdown = endurance of stimulus

Implementing training programming to cover both aspects of movement is vital for optimal performance in the field.
